Doctor's Visit

Today we went to the pediatrician's office.
I weighed in at a strapping 6 lb. 13 oz. For those of you keeping track, that is 1 lb. 2 oz. over my birth weight. Not bad, huh?
Everything else checked out great!

Going Home

We packed up on Tuesday, October 21st and headed home.

Mom and Dad were a little nervous to go it alone. It was nice having the nurses there to help out, but I knew they could do it.

Lots of Visitors

Thanks to everyone who came to visit us at the hospital. It was great to see everyone!

Also, thanks for all the great gifts. Since I came a little early, Mom and Dad were not entirely ready, so the clothes and gear really helped.

Dad's First Diaper

Dad changed his very first diaper, with a little help from our favorite nurse, Martha. I saved a little surprise for him as soon as he got the old diaper off and before he got the new one on. You should have seen him jump.

He has gotten better since that first one, but I still catch him off guard every once and a while.

True Love

I love Mommy. Mommy loves me.

Hangin' with My New Buds

This weekend, at the hospital, I got to hang with my new buds, Rocco and Miles.

Rocco lives up the street and we talked about getting together to bug his sisters and hang out with his cool older brother Dominco.

Miles told me about his blog (milesdegon.blogspot.com) and told me how to get on the internet. He also showed me a couple of football moves, as he is already being recruited to play football at Rutgers.

Hello World!

I gave my Mom and Dad a bit of a scare, but I couldn't wait, so I came three weeks early.

I arrived by C-section. I was 5 lb. 11 oz, a little on the small side, but my vitals were good and I've got great hair!
